Tanya Butterfield
Administrative Assistant
If Coastal Creek Design is a well-oiled machine, then Tanya is our master mechanic – and not just because she can actually fix cars! As our office’s resident problem-solver and team supporter, she’s the secret ingredient that keeps our office and creative engine running smoothly.
“We’re a family here – good, bad, and ugly, we stick together and make it happen!” Tanya shares. This philosophy perfectly captures how she approaches her role as the office’s chief multitasker and support system.
While her official title might be Administrative Assistant, Tanya’s real job description reads more like a superhero’s resume: office manager, team caregiver, lunch coordinator supreme, and professional problem-solver.
What drives her? “I love creating margin for others to focus on what they do best,” Tanya explains. “My role is about taking tasks off people’s plates so they can concentrate on creating amazing designs for our clients.” This support-focused mindset is part of what she calls her “gifting” – the ability to help others excel at their jobs.
When she’s not keeping the office running like a well-tuned engine, you’ll find Tanya working on her pride and joy: a 1982 Datsun 720 4×4 truck. Her mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities extend well beyond the office walls!
As Coastal Creek Design continues to grow, Tanya’s excitement is contagious. “We’re a small company that does great things,” she says, “and I love watching us get even better at what we do!”
What makes Tanya truly special is her ability to blend professional efficiency with genuine care for her colleagues. Whether she’s coordinating team lunches, solving office challenges, or offering personal advice, she embodies the family-oriented culture that makes Coastal Creek Design unique.
