Each year, the Preservation Society of Charleston celebrates the best of preservation in Charleston and the Lowcountry through the Carolopolis Award program.
Coastal Creek Design founder and lead engineer Brian Wells contributed his structural engineering expertise to the award-winning new construction of 5 Rose Lane alongside American College of the Building Arts, New World Byzantine, Old City Builders, P.K. Smith Woodcarving, and Tom Henry Design – 72nd Carolopolis Awards.
